About Me

Hi y’all! I’m Kristen, a sound healer, intuitive, and Reiki-certified energy practitioner.

My journey into this work has been unfolding my whole life. I’ve always been a spiritual person, but for years I kept that part of me tucked away, wanting to fit in and be liked by everyone. In 2023, I stopped hiding that part of myself. Through therapy and deep healing, I started saying yes to the things I’d always made excuses to avoid. I began putting myself first and in that process, I discovered this beautiful path of sound healing, intuition, and love.

Creativity is another expression of my soul. I find peace and inspiration in fiber arts like crochet and knitting, watercolor painting, and photography. But nothing has ever filled me up quite like the art of sound and energy healing. When I guide a sound bath, meditation, or Reiki session, I feel that sacred flow, a mix of love, energy, and connection that moves through me and out into the space we share.

Root Rise Healing was created from that deep calling, to offer a place where you can come home to yourself. A space to breathe, to release, to connect, and to rise.
