Hi, beautiful human. I'm Kristen.

I'm a sound healer, intuitive, Reiki-certified practitioner, artist, and, at my heart, a human who believes in the beauty of connection.

My path has been one of learning to listen more deeply, to myself, to the energy around me, and to the quiet guidance that sometimes gets lost in the busyness of everyday life. I'm still growing, still healing, and still discovering new layers of myself. It's a journey I believe we're all on, in our own ways.

Through sound, energy, and intuition, I've found a way to share the things that bring me the greatest sense of connection, peace, and joy. My work is rooted in love, curiosity, and the belief that sometimes we simply need a little space to pause, breathe, and come back to ourselves.

Root Rise Healing grew from this calling. My hope is to create a welcoming space where you can show up exactly as you are, without needing to have it all figured out. Whether we're sharing a sound bath, a Reiki session, or an intuitive reading, my intention is to meet you with an open heart, hold space for your experience, and support you as you explore your own connection within.

Outside of my healing work, you'll often find me with yarn in my hands, making something with crochet or knitting, painting with watercolors, or finding magic in the little things. Creativity and spirituality weave together in so many ways for me, and I love leaving room for both the sacred and the silly.
