Hi, I’m Kristen, a sound healer, intuitive, and Reiki-certified energy practitioner.

I’ve always been spiritual, but for a long time, I kept that part of me quiet, trying to be who I thought everyone wanted me to be. In 2023, I stopped hiding. Through therapy and deep healing, I started saying yes to the things I’d always made excuses to avoid. I began putting myself first, and along the way, I found this beautiful path of sound healing, intuition, and most importantly, love.

Every experience, the joyful ones and the challenging ones, has been my teacher. They’ve shaped how I show up for myself and for others. I’m here to hold space, to learn, and to heal right alongside you.

Creativity has always been part of me. I love fiber arts (crochet and knitting are my happy places), watercolor painting, and photography. And then, I found sound and energy healing, which fills up my happiness cup, & I’m so grateful to have found it. When I guide a sound bath, meditation, or Reiki session, I feel that sacred flow, a mix of love, energy, and connection that moves through me and out into the space we share.

Root Rise Healing was created from that deep calling, to offer a space where you can come home to yourself. A place to breathe, release, connect, and rise.
