Sound Journey with Kristen & Beth

Come join us for an evening of sound, sips and magic at Awakenings Wellness Center in Portland Oregon.

We’ll begin with a sacred beverage crafted with intention by Beth, then flow into a guided meditation and sound bath led by Kristen. Together, we’ll ground, open and reconnect to ourselves and each other.

We’ll close the circle with space for reflection and optional oracle readings, with gentle messages for those who feel called.
