With the Sun moving through Leo and the Full Moon approaching in Aquarius, this is a beautiful time to honor both your unique light and the connections that support you. To celebrate your individuality while remembering that you are part of something much greater.
Together, we’ll begin with a guided meditation designed to help you connect inward, release distractions, and create space for clarity. From there, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath using healing instruments, allowing your body and mind to rest, restore, and receive.
